well and that it wasnt too hard to start working again after the long corona break! i wanted to thank you for this year of training with you and theia. She wouldve never gotten so good without your hard work. i learnt so much in your classes and i already got compliments about it here. ( my coach here told me that i control my breathing teally well on the horse and that something that you taught me). i progressed a lot this year thanks to you.

I was really lucky to have met Monique as my riding coach.I admire her for her strong voice,equally strong personality ,compassion and understanding of horses . I feel my riding has taken a new dimension.she has pushed me gently but very firmly towards better riding. She understands your fears,hesitations and leads you out slowly but surely She explains the theory of everything again and again tirelessly and then she is merciless till you get it right.She is tough taskmaster with beautiful laugh.Looking forward each morning to ride under her ever watchful eyes.

Monique is a trained professional equestrian teacher whom my daughter just loves. She has a magnetic style of teaching where the children love horse riding and she keeps pushing them to improve.

Learning under Ms. Monique for a few years now has improved my riding skills quicker than what I had been taught before her classes. Her knowledge, wisdom and experience helps me understand not only how to control myself, but how to manoeuvre a horse better. This elevates my confidence and helps me enjoy this sport far more and at a deeper level than what I had experienced before being trained by her. Not only is she a great teacher but also really caring and compassionate, and most importantly, a lot of fun to be around! It has truly been an honor to be her student and I can’t express my gratitude for all her teachings and guidance!

About me as a rider : I always remember your advices and instructions and still do them while riding & in the competition. Me as a humble trainer: I like many of your advices that really helped me and apply in the lessons and teach my new riders.

I started to train with Monique when she came to India in December of 2018 and it was, and still is honestly a blast! I’ve improved my riding a lot and completely changed the approach I take to riding and horses in general under her guidance and it has made me a better and more well rounded horseman. I most notably remember her Stirrup-less lessons which are torture but help is invaluably. I thank her for all the amazing lessons and talks full of wisdom on and off the horse, and hope there’s a lot more in the future!

Monique has been an incredible trainer for these past few years, having taught me nearly everything I know about horses. She has been there to motivate me and push me past my comfort zone whenever I was unsure about myself. For instance, when I fell off my horse in the accumulator in the 2019 Junior Nationals Monique encouraged me to go and compete on my other horse which has turned out to be one of my best memories while riding. She has turned me into a much better rider and equestrian overall and I can say, without a shadow of a doubt, that without her I could never have improved as much as I have in these past few years. She has made me realise dreams I never thought possible and gave me the confidence that I could make them come true.

Monique is a really great instructor, I’ve really improved a lot under her guidance. She’s really nice, and all her lessons are technical. My favourite part is definitely Monique’s stretches on the horse and all the stirrup-less lessons (though my thighs hurt just thinking of them). She helped me set long term goals and realise that horse riding is not just about getting the horse to move, it’s also the method of getting the horse to move, to respond to you and to work as a team. She’s a really great coach and any aspiring rider would be lucky to have her teaching them.

Monique has made me achieve my goals so far. she has made me a better rider and a person. The amount of looking after she does for the horses is so appreciative , she makes the lessons so fun and enjoyable but at the same time gives attention to the things where we lack in. she honestly helped me so much and has made me so much of a better rider.
